We’ve been working together since 2021 and he’s made a lot of progress throughout the years.
He was kind enough to write up a short testimony about his experience.
Here’s what he has to say…
In three to five sentences, please introduce yourself and your role with Training By Drake.:
My name is Nathaniel Jones and I’ve been using TBD for my personal training over the last 4 years.
What problem(s) were you facing that made you seek a trainer or health coach?:
I wouldn’t characterize it as a problem, but more of a desire to take the next step in my health journey. I had been working out on my own and realized I should leverage the use of a professional to help in my training.
I’ve got a busy life and my goal was to hire someone to build a customized plan that could maximize my workouts in order to extract the greatest benefit given my limited time.
How did Training By Drake help you in overcoming the problem(s)?:
Kettlebell Towel Curls are great for biceps but also forearms too.
TBD provided exactly what I was looking for. Effective and efficient workouts based around my work and home life schedule. The mobile training service has saved so much commute and prep time.
For me, health and time are extremely important commodities and this training platform has increased my health in the most time effective manner.

In your opinion, what’s the best thing about Training By Drake?:
Again, the convenience of working out (he comes to your home, etc), the customized plans and the intention of the workouts are just a few of the benefits.
Is there anything else you would like to add about your experience?: His training goes beyond weights, bar bells, etc. He wants to holistically help you feel better and live a more enjoyable life.
