What’s Online Training? How does it work?

Online personal training is the same as hiring an in-person trainer minus the trainer actually being there while your working out. Your coach will write up a customized training and nutrition plan for you as well as other behavior changing methods to help you stay motivated and seeing progress.

As you can image, online training requires a lot of self-discipline and is not for everyone. In fact, if you fall under these three categories…

  • Have never worked out with a trainer before

  • Are a top tier or professional athlete

  • Are currently recovering from a serious injury

What comes with online training?

Customized Weight Training

Your program will have all the exercises you need in order for you to reach your goal. Whether it’s to lose weight, gain muscle or both. You’ll download the app “Trainerize” for your training routines, sets, reps, what weight to use, rest periods and video demonstrations.
