Mobile Training
What is Mobile Training and how does it work?
Mobile training is just as it sounds. It’s where the personal trainer comes to you and your desired location instead of a crowded gym. Most of my clients are in downtown St. Pete but I also have several clients out near the beaches.
My downtown clients will have their sessions in their condo gyms. For the house call clients over by the beach, I’ll set up in an open area somewhere in-door or out-door on their property.
What all do I get with my training packet?
Customized Weight Training
Your program will be completely customized for you and your goal, whether it’s to lose weight, gain muscle or both. If you have other goals like improving your balance, overall energy and mobility levels, I can create a program designed to help in that area too.
Most people choose to work with me 1-2 days per week. I do have a few people who insist on 3 days per week if your interested. Just keep in mind that our works will be intense with me being there and three days is a lot for most people.
Sessions will start with a 3-5 minute warm-up, followed by 40-45 minutes of weight training and then a 3-5 minute cold down stretch. I’m a big believer in training and resting hard, so keep that in mind.
Nutritional Guidance
80% of this goal revolves around nutrition, you’ll have the perfect meal plan and shopping list to help you stay strong and energized throughout the week while burning as much fat as possible FAST.

I’m an over communicator. I confirm client appointments every Sunday for the following week, the day before each session and an hour before each session. You have a 24 hour cancellation window if you need to cancel a session with me. If you cancel before 24 hours of your appointment, I have to charge you for that session.
