What’s Online Training? How does it work?
Online personal training is the same as hiring an in-person trainer minus the trainer actually being there while your working out. Your coach will write up a customized training and nutrition plan for you as well as other behavior changing methods to help you stay motivated and seeing progress.
How’s this different from going to a personal trainer at the gym?
Instead of paying for a session-by-session experience, you get a complete system — personalized training plans, ongoing support, and flexible scheduling — designed for busy professionals. No commuting, no rigid time slots.
Do I need a gym membership or special equipment?
It depends on what your goals are. I can write up your program with the idea of working out from home with little to no equipment or at a gym with more variety.
Whatever your preference (home, hotel, or fully equipped gym) your program will be tailored to what you have and are willing to work with.
I don’t have a lot of time. Will this still work for me?
Of course! Your workouts are designed to be efficient and effective — most take 30–45 minutes and fit easily into a busy schedule. It prioritizes quality over quantity.
Will the program be personalized to my goals and fitness level?
Absolutely! You’ll get a plan built around your unique goals (like fat loss and muscle gain), fitness level, and available time. The program is designed for and caters to you.
How do we communicate and check in?
You’ll have regular weekly check-ins as well as biweekly and monthly check-ins. We track your scale weight and habit tracking every week, we’ll take progress photos every two weeks and test your fitness metrics and overall progress of the program every month.
Everything will be done through the app “TRAINERIZE” where you’ll also have direct access to me if you have questions about anything.
What kind of results can I expect?
Most clients start seeing noticeable changes in energy, strength, and body composition within the first 4–6 weeks. Results depend on your consistency and efforts inside as well as outside the gym.
Is nutrition included?
Yes! You’ll get simple, sustainable nutrition guidance tailored to your goals and lifestyle, including eating out and managing a busy workweek.
I’ve tried other programs before and didn’t stick with them. What makes your program different?
This isn’t a cookie-cutter program. It’s coaching with real support, accountability, and adjustments based on your life. You’re not doing it alone — me and you are in this together.
You’ll receive a full refund after 30 days if you’re not 100% satisfied with your program. I’ll just ask why the program is less than your expectations to see if it’s an easy fix. If not, I’ll gladly refund you.
What if I travel a lot or have an unpredictable schedule?
No worries! Your program can adapt week-to-week based on travel, work stress, or family obligations. Flexibility is built in with online training.
How much does it cost?
There are several coaching options depending on the level of support you need. Online coaching costs between $200-300 per month. You can click here to schedule a free call to find a payment plan that works best for you.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel if it’s not for me?
I do offer month-by-month contracts that allow you to cancel anytime with a 30 day notice. For those more committed and want to save on cost, I also offer 3, 6 and 12 month programs.
What app or platform do you use? Is it easy to follow?
Yes! Everything is hosted on the user-friendly app “TRAINERIZE” where you’ll find your workouts, nutrition targets, check-ins, and messaging.
Do I need to be in shape to start?
Whether you’re starting from zero or returning after a break, I meet you where you’re at. The goal is progress — not perfection. However, I will say if you fall into the following three categories, you may want to stick with in-person training for now…
