WHAT YOU’LL LEARN

This program teaches you the accessory exercises I’ve done to improve my performance with the coolest exercises in gymnastics. Your performance with movements like The Maltese, The Iron Cross, Handstand Push-ups, Muscle-ups, The Dragon Flag and The Front Lever will all be improved (not perfected) within the four weeks of the program.

You’ll also know what equipment you’ll need to buy to help you gradually build the foundational strength to perform well with these exercise. Depending on where you’re starting, it’s unlikely you’ll be able to master these movements in only four weeks. The goal of this program is to help improve where you are in these exercises. Not to perfect them.
