Shortly after turning forty I decided to make an effort to become a healthier person. I joined my local gym and thankfully the personal trainer they assigned me for my initial assessment was an amazing guy by the name of Drake Burr. His enthusiasm and knowledge was very impressive in all areas of physical fitness and nutrition. I decided to hire him and we set a modest weight loss goal of 30 pounds in 6 months with a decrease in body fat percentage from 24 to 16.
